About Us
The Pawar Public Charitable Trust, under the guidance of its Managing Trustee Mrs. Supriya Sule is an organization focussed on the needs of the less privileged sections of the society. The Trust is also involved in work aimed at the uplift of the nomadic tribal communities by imparting basic level of education to them through various Ashram Shalas. In addition, the Trust also extends its support in the form of sponsorships for various programmes for educational institutions like the Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, which fosters the unique concept of 'learn & earn'. As a part of the Trust's mission of serving the community at large, its latest venture is the setting up of Pawar Public School at Dombivali. Pawar Public School, Dombivali is the seventh educational institution set up by Pawar Public Charitable Trust. The foundation stone for the school was laid on 22nd March, 2013, with admissions from Nursery to Grade 7 for the academic year 2015-2016, commencing on 9th December, 2014. Presently the school has pupils from Nursery to Grade XI and is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) that conducts the Grade 10 ICSE Examination and the Grade 12 ISC Examination. In the words of our Managing Trustee, "Our family has always valued quality education and has been involved in the establishment and growth of several reputed educational institutes. So the desire to work for the cause of education has always been a part of my life, but it took a definite shape when my own children were of a school going age. My ultimate aim for the school at Dombivali is to provide the level of education, which I would want my own children to have."
